Processing time
We process orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) from our Denver, Colorado warehouse.
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking email with real-time updates. If you place an order on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend, it'll ship the next business day.
U.S. shipping rates & times
We ship everywhere in the United States.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $30
- $4.99 flat rate on orders under $30
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after handling
- Expedited options available at checkout
We ship via UPS and USPS depending on your location. Both carriers provide full tracking.
International shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide.
- International shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
- Delivery: 7–14 business days after handling
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged on arrival

Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email with your tracking number. Click it to see live updates.
If it's been more than 3 business days since you ordered and you haven't received a tracking email, check your spam folder first, then reach out and we'll investigate.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package shows as delivered but you never received it, or if it arrived damaged, email us at hello@patchface.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
We'll work with the carrier to investigate and either reship your order or issue a refund.
Returns & exchanges
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If Patchface isn't working for you, we want to know.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Unopened boxes: full refund, no questions asked
- Opened boxes: we ask you to reach out first so we can understand what didn't work and either refund, replace, or help troubleshoot
To start a return, email hello@patchface.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label and full instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Order changes & cancellations
Because we ship fast, there's a short window to change or cancel an order.
- Email hello@patchface.com as quickly as possible with your order number
- If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually cancel, modify, or update the shipping address
- Once the order has shipped, we'll need to treat it as a return
