Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
International Shipping: We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select locations.
3. Returns and Refunds
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@patchface.com within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.
4. Product Use and Disclaimer
Intended Use: Patchface hydrocolloid masks are intended for external use only on the face. Follow all usage instructions provided with the product.
Skin Sensitivity: As with any skincare product, we recommend performing a patch test before full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Not Medical Advice: Our products are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Consult a dermatologist for specific skin concerns.
Results May Vary: Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our products.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
